Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Chennai within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your state.
Payments
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available for most pincodes up to an order value of ₹50,000. You can choose it at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. You can also choose cash on delivery where available.
Returns
Can I return an item?
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Orders
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order includes a printable GST invoice with the HSN codes and tax breakup. You can download it from the order confirmation page.
Products
Are your products handmade?
Many are made by hand in small batches, so slight variations in colour, size and finish are normal and part of the piece.
